General Terms & Conditions Kindly read all terms and conditions before placing your orders with iMisheru. Placing an order with iMisheru constitutes agreements to all the terms and conditions stated in this eshop.
1. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and postage costs are not included. Shoppers will be advised of the postage cost in the order confirmation email.
2. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Stock availability will be advised in the order confirmation email for instock items. In cases of stock-outs, shoppers are still liable to pay for the rest of the instocks ordered. 3. For stock-outs in preorders, refund will be made for items that are not available. Rest assured; iMisheru will not eat your money. 4. For both instocks and preorder items, full payment has to be made to iMisheru within 3 days from the date when iMisheru has sent the order confirmation email. Instock items will not be sent out and preorder items will not be confirmed until full payment is received. 5. After the transaction has been made, do email us your transaction reference, time, date and amount transferred within the SAME day to allow iMisheru to process your orders more efficiently. 6. Failure to make payment within 3 days after the order confirmation email may result in shopper being unable to order from iMisheru in the future. 7. Actual items may differ slightly from the picture. 8. iMisheru will ensure that items being sent out are in good working condition. 9. iMisheru will not be responsible for items lost or damanged through normal mail. Singpost registered mail is highly recommended at an additional cost of S$2.25. 10. Please clarify all your doubts before you place an order with iMisheru. Strictly no reservation and swapping of items. 11. Please make sure you fill in all the necessary fields in the order form, especially your email and contact number. These 2 fields are absolutely necessary in order for us to contact you. Do give us your email address too as items will be delivered by post, unless otherwise stated in the items. 12. Kindly note that it will take orders will be sent to the suppliers once a month and may be delayed if capping of items are not reached. iMisheru advise shoppers who are unable to wait not to take part in the preorders. Do help iMisheru by inviting your friends to join in the preorder so that we can place orders on a monthly basis. It will take around 2 weeks for the items to reach Singapore. Do check preorder status. 13. Orders confirmed cannot be cancelled. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may not be able to obtain a full refund if iMisheru has already placed an order with the supplier. 14. Thank you for reading the T&Cs.
