Terms and Conditions

1. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
2. Postage costs are to be borne by the buyers unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Should the buyer fail to make payment within the stipulated timeframe, the items will be released to the next
4. Refunds will only be made for items that are out-of-stock, be it for sprees, preorders or instocks.
5. Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days. However, all payment has to be made before the spree/preorder closure. That means, if you send in the order on the last day of the preorder/spree, you have to make payment on that day itself in order to confirm your spree/preorder items.
Failure to do so will result in your order being void/cancelled.
6. Remember to email us your transaction reference, time, date and amount tranferred on the SAME day that you have made payment to allow iMisheru to process your order.
7. All payments have to be made/cleared before orders are processed or before the meetup date.
8. Actual items may differ slightly from picture due to lighting.
9. iMisheru will ensure that items being sent out are in good working conditions. As such, no refunds/exchange will be permitted.
10. iMisheru will not be responsible for items lost or damaged through normal mail. Singpost registered mail is highly recommended at an additional cost of S$2.25.
11. Please clarify all your doubts before you place an order with iMisheru. Strictly no reservation or swapping of items.
12. Please make sure to let us know your email address and contact number. And if iMisheru will be posting the items, do let us know your home address beforehand. Please be rest assured that your information will be kept strictly confidential.
13. Please opt for normal postage/registered mail if you are unable to make it for the mass meetup.
14. Meetup is strictly for collection of items.
15. Kindly note that it will take a bit of time for us to meet the minimum cap for sprees/preorders and have to wait for slightly more than one month after orders are sent to the suppliers due to preorder items for sprees. So, if you are unable to wait, please do not join the sprees.
16. Orders confirmed cannot be cancelled.
17. Payment is to be made to POSB Savings.
18. Kindly notify iMisheru at least 2 hours in advance if you are unable to make it for the mass meetup.
